Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of GameMrkt (gamemrkt.online), a marketplace where players buy and sell in-game currency, items, accounts and services. By creating an account you agree to them.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old. One person may hold one account. You are responsible for everything done through your account.

2. Test mode

GameMrkt is currently in test mode. Payments and escrow are simulated and no real money is charged or paid out. We will announce clearly before real payments are enabled, and these terms will be updated at that time.

3. How orders work

• When a buyer places an order, the payment is held in escrow by GameMrkt.
• The seller delivers the goods or service and marks the order as delivered.
• The buyer confirms receipt, and the escrow is released to the seller.
• If something goes wrong, the buyer can open a dispute before confirming. Escrow stays frozen until GameMrkt reviews the order history and chat and decides the outcome.

4. Prohibited listings and behavior

• Stolen, hacked, phished or carded goods or accounts.
• Cheats, exploits, bots, duplication glitches or anything that gives an unfair advantage in a game.
• Asking for or accepting payment outside GameMrkt, or moving the deal to other platforms.
• Requesting passwords, 2FA codes or other credentials beyond what the specific order requires.
• Impersonating GameMrkt staff, harassment, illegal or adult content.

Listings and order chats are screened automatically, including with AI models, and may be reviewed by our team. We may reject listings, warn buyers, suspend accounts or cancel orders that break these rules.

5. Game publishers' rules

Some games restrict trading or account transfers in their own terms of service. You are responsible for checking and following the rules of the games you trade in. GameMrkt is not affiliated with or endorsed by any game publisher, and all trademarks belong to their owners.

6. No warranty

GameMrkt is provided "as is". Sellers, not GameMrkt, are responsible for what they list and deliver. To the extent permitted by law, GameMrkt is not liable for indirect losses or for losses caused by in-game actions of publishers, such as bans or item removals.
