This policy explains what data GameMrkt (gamemrkt.online) collects and how we use it.

What we collect

• Account data: email address, username and a salted hash of your password (we never store the password itself).
• Marketplace data: your listings, orders, order chat messages, disputes and reviews.
• Technical data: a session cookie that keeps you logged in, and standard server logs from our hosting provider.

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not sell your data.

How we use it

• To run your account, listings and orders.
• To keep the marketplace safe: listings and chat messages are screened automatically for scams and prohibited content. This screening may send the text of a listing or message to our AI provider, Anthropic, which processes it to return a moderation decision.
• To resolve disputes and respond to support requests.

Service providers

GameMrkt runs on Cloudflare (hosting, database and email routing). Moderation may use Anthropic's API. These providers process data on our behalf.

Retention and your rights

We keep account and order data while your account is active and as long as needed to resolve disputes. You can ask us to export or delete your data by writing to founder@gamemrkt.online.

Age

GameMrkt is for people 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
